Return for a Refund for Any Reason
If you would like to return an item for a refund of the purchase price
for any reason within 90 days of purchase, please ship the item in
its original package with the original packing slip or a printed receipt
and our PDF Return/Exchange Form via insured parcel post, UPS
or Federal Express to:

Please Note: Postage, handling and return shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Return for a Refund or Exchange due to Defects
All WellnessLight KIDS products are warranted for a period of 12
months from date of original purchase against defects in materials
and workmanship. If your product should fail to operate due to
defects in materials in workmanship, contact us at
customerservice@wellnesslightkids.com.
We will email you shipping instructions, so you can return the
original item along with the original packing slip or a printed receipt
and our PDF Return Exchange Form at our expense. Upon receipt
and inspection of the defective item, we will expedite a refund or
replacement shipment to you.
